Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Operations Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management and operations, with a focus on optimizing processes and ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials throughout the supply chain. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement supply chain strategies that support business objectives
• Monitor and analyze supply chain processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely replenishment of stock to meet demand
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and products
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Assist with the development and implementation of supply chain policies and procedures
• Monitor market trends and make recommendations for adjustments to inventory levels and sourcing strategies
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and internal teams
• Prepare and present reports on supply chain performance, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement
• Stay current on industry developments and best practices in supply chain management to continuously improve processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in supply chain operations, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including inventory management, procurement, and logistics
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with experience using supply chain management systems and tools
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Familiarity with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in supply chain operations
