Position: Director of Education Programs

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Education Programs to join our organization. As the Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our education programs, including curriculum development, teacher training, and program evaluation. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our programs are effective, engaging, and meet the needs of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive education programs for students of all ages
• Oversee the design and development of curriculum and educational materials
• Collaborate with teachers and subject matter experts to ensure that curriculum is accurate and up-to-date
• Conduct regular evaluations of programs to measure effectiveness and make necessary improvements
• Train and support teachers to effectively deliver the education programs
• Manage the budget for education programs and ensure that resources are used efficiently
• Establish and maintain partnerships with schools, community organizations, and other stakeholders to expand program reach
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and research to inform program development and improvement
• Oversee the recruitment, hiring, and training of education program staff
• Develop and maintain relationships with donors and sponsors to secure funding for education programs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in education program management
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of curriculum development and evaluation methodologies
• Experience working with diverse populations and understanding of cultural competency
• Passion for education and commitment to improving educational outcomes for students
• Proven track record of securing funding and managing budgets
