Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and production targets
Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
Ensure all production equipment is well-maintained and functioning properly
Train and supervise production staff, providing guidance and support as needed
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
Adhere to all safety and quality standards, and ensure all production staff do the same
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient production processes
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain team to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies
Continuously strive for cost reduction and process improvement in production operations
Investigate and resolve any production issues or delays in a timely manner
Prepare and maintain production reports, including tracking key performance indicators

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing or related field preferred
Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a production supervisory role in a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and a drive for continuous improvement
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management software
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
