Job Title: Associate Attorney

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our team. As an Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal support and assistance to our clients and senior attorneys. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent law school graduate or an experienced attorney looking to advance their career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on a variety of legal issues
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Assist with client intake and case management
• Attend depositions, hearings, and trials with senior attorneys
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and legal decisions
• Keep abreast of changes in laws and regulations that may affect our clients
• Perform other duties as assigned by senior attorneys

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• 1-3 years of experience in a law firm or legal setting (preferred)
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal research databases
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently
