Title: Data Systems Developer

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Data Systems Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Data Systems Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex data systems that support our organization's operations. You will work closely with our data analysts and engineers to ensure the efficient and accurate collection, storage, and retrieval of data. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in database management, data warehousing, and programming languages, as well as a passion for problem-solving and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain data systems and databases for our organization
• Collaborate with data analysts and engineers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Create and implement data models, data dictionaries, and data flow diagrams
• Optimize databases for performance and scalability
• Develop and maintain ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data systems and databases
• Monitor and maintain data quality and integrity
• Create and maintain documentation for data systems and processes
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends in data management and analytics

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in database development, data warehousing, or related role
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and/or other programming languages
• Experience with database design and modeling tools, such as ERWin or ER/Studio
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and methodologies, including ETL, data integration, and data governance
• Familiarity with cloud-based databases and data storage solutions
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
• Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
