Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Services Advisor to join our team. As a Legal Services Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and guidance to clients on a wide range of legal matters. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide strategic solutions to their legal issues. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that requires the ability to multitask, think critically, and communicate effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on a variety of legal matters, including contracts, employment law, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support client needs and develop strategies for legal issues.
• Review and draft legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure legal compliance and manage potential legal risks.
• Participate in negotiations and settlement discussions on behalf of clients.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that may impact our clients and advise accordingly.
• Manage client relationships and provide excellent customer service.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings, including court appearances and depositions.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in CA.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a legal services role.
• Strong knowledge of various legal areas, including contracts, employment law, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in negotiating and drafting legal documents and agreements.
• Customer-focused with a strong commitment to providing high-quality legal services.
• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
