Job Overview: As a Semiconductor Process Engineer, you will be responsible for the development, optimization, and maintenance of semiconductor processes used in the production of our advanced technology products. You will work closely with a team of engineers and technicians to ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes and to continuously improve our production capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize semiconductor processes for the production of advanced technology products.
• Conduct research and experiments to improve process efficiency, yield, and quality.
• Identify and troubleshoot any process issues and implement solutions to ensure smooth production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new products and improve existing ones.
• Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on process performance metrics.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures and work instructions.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards.
• Train and mentor technicians and junior engineers on process-related tasks and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, preferably in Chemical, Materials, or Electrical Engineering.
• 5 years of experience in semiconductor process engineering.
• In-depth knowledge of semiconductor fabrication processes and equipment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficiency in using statistical analysis software and tools.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
