Job Title: Data Services Analyst

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Services Analyst to join our team. As a Data Services Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing large sets of data to provide insightful and actionable recommendations to our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify data needs, develop data processes, and deliver high-quality data solutions that support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Create and maintain databases, data models, and reports to track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Develop data processes and procedures to improve data quality and efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and develop data solutions that meet business needs
• Conduct data analysis and interpret results to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders
• Present data findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Monitor data processes and troubleshoot any issues that arise, ensuring timely resolution
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data management and analysis
• Train and support team members on data processes and tools to ensure data accuracy and consistency

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, data management, or a similar role
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems (e.g. MySQL, Oracle)
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) and statistical software (e.g. R, Python)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex data findings in a clear and concise manner
• Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
• Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations and best practices
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
