Job Title: Education Coordinator

Overview: We are seeking an experienced Education Coordinator to join our team and oversee the development and implementation of educational programs. Our ideal candidate is a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about education and has a strong understanding of curriculum development and instructional techniques. As the Education Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a positive learning environment for our students, as well as collaborating with teachers, administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure the success of our educational programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement educational programs that align with our organization's mission and goals.
• Create curriculum frameworks and teaching materials for different grade levels and subjects.
• Collaborate with teachers, school administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of educational programs.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs, making necessary adjustments to improve student outcomes.
• Conduct regular meetings with teachers to provide feedback, discuss instructional techniques, and identify areas for improvement.
• Plan and coordinate professional development opportunities for teachers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest educational trends, research, and best practices, and incorporate them into our programs.
• Manage and maintain educational resources, including textbooks, technology, and equipment.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with parents, community organizations, and other stakeholders to ensure their support and involvement in our educational programs.
• Participate in budget planning and management for educational programs.
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and supervision of education staff, including teachers, instructional aides, and volunteers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or educational program management.
• Strong understanding of different teaching methods and learning styles.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with others and build positive relationships.
• Highly organized with strong project management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
