Job Title: International Development Coordinator

We are seeking a driven and experienced International Development Coordinator to join our team. As the International Development Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting and coordinating our global development programs and initiatives. Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with international partners, stakeholders, and donors
• Conduct research on international development policies, trends, and best practices
• Assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of international development programs and projects
• Coordinate and support international travel arrangements for team members and partners
• Manage budget and funding for international development programs
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to identify and address potential challenges and risks in international development initiatives
• Prepare and deliver presentations on international development progress and outcomes to various audiences
• Facilitate communication and knowledge-sharing among international partners and team members
• Stay up-to-date on relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines related to international development
• Prepare and submit reports to donors and stakeholders on program progress and outcomes
• Support the development and implementation of fundraising strategies for international development efforts
• Assist in the recruitment, training, and management of international development volunteers and interns
• Represent the organization at international conferences, events, and meetings
• Stay informed about current events and trends in international development and identify opportunities for collaboration and partnership

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in International Development, International Relations, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in international development or a related field
• Strong understanding of international development principles, strategies, and best practices
• Excellent organizational, project management, and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed
• Fluency in a second language is an asset
• Strong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity
