Job Title: Curriculum Specialist

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Curriculum Specialist to join our team. As a Curriculum Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating dynamic curriculum programs that align with our company's goals and objectives. You will work closely with our instructional team to ensure that our curriculum is engaging, relevant, and meets the needs of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement curriculum programs for various subjects and grade levels.
• Collaborate with instructional team to align curriculum with company's goals and objectives.
• Conduct research to identify best practices and innovative teaching strategies.
• Create and maintain a curriculum roadmap to ensure consistency and progression.
• Design and deliver professional development sessions for teachers on curriculum implementation.
• Evaluate and revise curriculum based on student performance and feedback from instructional team.
• Monitor and analyze student data to make data-driven decisions for curriculum improvements.
• Stay updated on education trends and incorporate them into curriculum development.
• Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to enhance curriculum offerings.
• Train and support new teachers on curriculum implementation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Curriculum Specialist or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of curriculum development methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently.
• Proficient in using technology and educational software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
