Position Title: Outsourcing Manager

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outsourcing Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Outsourcing Manager, you will be responsible for managing the outsourcing process for our company. This includes identifying potential outsourcing opportunities, negotiating Contracts, and overseeing the performance of our external partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business operations, vendor management, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential outsourcing opportunities and assess their potential impact on our company's operations.
• Develop and implement strategies for outsourcing projects to external partners.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and ensure that all terms and conditions are met.
• Oversee the performance of our external partners, ensuring that they meet their contractual obligations and deliver high-quality results.
• Monitor and analyze outsourcing costs to ensure that they are within budget.
• Develop and maintain relationships with our external partners to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
• Identify areas where outsourcing can improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
• Evaluate the performance of our external partners and make recommendations for improvement.
• Continuously review and improve the outsourcing process to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in outsourcing, vendor management, or project management.
• Strong knowledge of outsourcing practices, contract negotiation, and vendor management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and adhere to tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
