Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire wholesale operations process, from order processing to delivery
• Communicate with sales team and external partners to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
• Manage inventory levels and proactively identify any potential stock shortages or overstock situations
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for inventory management
• Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and streamline operations
• Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of inventory and order processing
• Collaborate with the accounting team to reconcile invoices and resolve any discrepancies
• Serve as a point of contact for any wholesale operations-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders
• Provide regular reports on wholesale operations performance to senior management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in wholesale operations or a similar role
• Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics processes
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
