Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with the curriculum goals and objectives
Provide instruction in various subjects including math, science, language arts, and social studies
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and fosters students' social and emotional development
Use a variety of teaching methods and techniques to accommodate different learning styles
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement school-wide events and initiatives
Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to provide updates on students' progress and address any concerns
Monitor students' academic and behavioral progress and provide necessary interventions or support
Maintain accurate records of students' attendance, grades, and other important information
Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on educational trends and practices

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a related field
Valid teaching certification
Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Lead Teacher or similar role
Strong knowledge of child development and educational theories and practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators and staff
Patience, flexibility, and adaptability in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
Familiarity with technology and its integration in the classroom
Passion for teaching and a commitment to creating a positive and nurturing learning environment for students
