Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning needs and objectives.

• Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning theory to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments and analysis to ensure the training solutions meet the learning objectives.
• Develop and implement evaluation strategies to measure the effectiveness of learning solutions.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and technology.
• Manage multiple projects and meet project deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Proficient in instructional design software such as Articulate Storyline, Captivate, or Camtasia.
• Knowledge of learning management systems and e-learning authoring tools.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to think creatively.
• Experience working with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather requirements and develop learning solutions.
