Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Data Scientist Developer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven solutions to complex business problems. You will work closely with a cross-functional team of data scientists, developers, and engineers to design, build, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms. Your role will be critical in driving data innovation and leveraging cutting-edge technologies to deliver actionable insights and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop data-driven solutions that address complex business problems
• Collaborate with data scientists, developers, and engineers to build robust and scalable machine learning models and algorithms
• Conduct data analysis and data mining to identify patterns and trends in large datasets
• Develop and maintain data pipelines to ensure efficient and accurate data collection, storage, and processing
• Implement data quality checks and perform data cleaning and pre-processing as needed
• Utilize a variety of programming languages and tools (e.g. Python, R, SQL, etc.) to handle and manipulate large datasets
• Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning techniques, and apply them to improve our data products and processes
• Collaborate with the product team to integrate data-driven solutions into existing and new products and features
• Communicate project progress and results to cross-functional teams and senior management in a clear and concise manner
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, and promote a culture of learning and knowledge sharing within the team

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Data Scientist or Data Engineer, with a focus on developing data-driven solutions
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java, and experience with data manipulation and analysis libraries (e.g. Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, etc.)
• Experience with machine learning techniques (e.g. regression, classification, clustering, etc.) and libraries (e.g. scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, etc.)
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with data warehousing and database management systems (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.)
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, etc.) and dashboard creation
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with complex and unstructured data
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
• Passion for data and a strong desire to continuously learn and improve
• Experience with big data technologies (e.g. Hadoop, Spark, etc.) is a plus
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g. AWS, GCP, etc.) is a plus
