Overview: RadioVoice Broadcasting is seeking an experienced Production Manager to join our team. As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process and ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of production processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet company goals and objectives.
• Oversee the production process from start to finish, ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely delivery.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Manage and lead a team of production supervisors and workers, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering, procurement, and quality control, to ensure a smooth and coordinated production process.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure adequate supply of materials and equipment for production.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and implement measures to improve workplace safety.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements, and implement best practices in production processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Proven experience in managing production teams and delivering results.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficient in using production management software and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
