Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with our sales team to identify and understand client needs, and develop solutions that meet and exceed their expectations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation process, providing clear and timely communication, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Conduct thorough assessments of client environments and requirements to design and implement tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
• Develop and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to clients, showcasing the capabilities of our products and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer support, to address and resolve complex technical issues and provide ongoing support to clients.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and continuously enhance your technical knowledge and expertise to provide the highest level of service to our clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, preferably in a professional services or consulting environment.
• Extensive knowledge of networking and security technologies, such as firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing and virtualization technologies, including AWS, Azure, and VMware.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and delivering high-quality results.
• Certifications in relevant technologies, such as CCNA, CISSP, and AWS, are highly desirable.
