Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Supermarket Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our supermarket store. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the store, from inventory management to customer service. You will be the driving force behind the success of our store and will play a key role in ensuring that our customers have a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities: Store Operations Management: You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, including managing inventory, scheduling staff, and ensuring that the store is clean and well-maintained at all times.

Staff Management: As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for hiring, training, and managing a team of store staff. You will be responsible for creating work schedules, providing feedback and coaching, and ensuring that all staff members are working together to achieve the store's goals.

Customer Service: Our customers are our top priority, and as the Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that their shopping experience is always positive. This includes handling customer complaints, addressing any issues that may arise, and ensuring that all customers are treated with respect and courtesy.

Sales and Marketing: You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies to increase store revenue. This may include creating promotions, managing in-store displays, and analyzing sales data to identify areas for improvement.

Inventory Management: As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing inventory levels, ensuring that the store is well-stocked at all times, and minimizing losses due to theft or spoilage.

Financial Management: You will be responsible for managing the store's budget and ensuring that all financial goals are met. This includes monitoring expenses, tracking sales, and making decisions that will positively impact the store's profitability.

Health and Safety: You will be responsible for ensuring that the store is compliant with all health and safety regulations. This includes conducting regular safety audits, training staff on safety procedures, and maintaining a safe and clean working environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a retail or supermarket management role
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing budgets
• In-depth knowledge of inventory management and customer service best practices
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
