Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate job matching by reviewing job descriptions and resumes to ensure a suitable match between job seekers and employers.
Coordinate interviews and job offers between employers and job seekers, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to both job seekers and employers to ensure successful job placements.
Develop and maintain a strong network of industry professionals to keep up-to-date with the latest job market trends and demands.
Utilize data and analytics to track job placement success rates and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Employment Placement Consultant or a similar role.
Proven track record of successfully placing job seekers in employment opportunities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employers and job seekers.
Strong understanding of the job market, recruitment strategies, and job placement processes.
Proficient in using various recruitment tools and techniques, such as job portals, social media, and networking events.
