Position: Education Program Coordinator

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Education Program Coordinator to join our team. As the Education Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating educational programs for our organization. You will work closely with educators, community partners, and students to develop innovative and impactful programs that align with our mission and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement educational programs for students of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities
• Collaborate with educators and community partners to design curriculum and educational activities
• Coordinate logistics for educational events, including scheduling, booking venues, and arranging transportation
• Manage program budgets and ensure all expenses are accounted for and within budget
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date on education trends and best practices
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and supervision of program volunteers
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including schools, community organizations, and government agencies
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs and make recommendations for improvement
• Create and maintain program materials, including handouts, presentations, and evaluations
• Coordinate fundraising efforts to support educational programs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Sciences, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in program coordination, preferably in an education setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse audiences
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Experience developing and delivering educational programs for various age groups
• Knowledge of current education trends and best practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
