Key Responsibilities:

Conduct extensive research to identify potential talent for events, shows, and projects.
Reach out to potential talent through various channels including phone calls, emails, and social media.
Build and maintain relationships with talent agents, managers, and other industry professionals.
Negotiate contracts and fees with talent representatives to secure bookings.
Coordinate and manage logistics for talent including travel arrangements, accommodations, and schedules.
Collaborate with event planners, producers, and other team members to ensure the smooth execution of talent bookings.
Attend industry events and network to stay updated on the latest talent trends and developments.
Keep detailed records of talent contacts, bookings, and payments.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Talent Booker or in a similar role.
Proven track record of successfully booking talent for events, shows, or projects.
In-depth knowledge of the entertainment industry and current trends.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
Willingness to work irregular hours and travel as needed.
