Job Title: Financial Controller

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join our dynamic and growing team. As the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company, providing accurate and timely financial information, and ensuring adherence to financial regulations and standards. This is a critical role within our organization and will require a strong leader with exceptional financial management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure proper and efficient financial management
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and analysis on a regular basis for management and stakeholders
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company goals
• Monitor and manage cash flow, including cash forecasting and analysis
• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision making
• Manage and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as banks, auditors, and tax advisors
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards
• Lead and manage the finance team, providing guidance, mentorship, and development opportunities
• Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize financial performance
• Communicate financial information and updates to senior management and other stakeholders
• Participate in strategic planning and provide financial insights to support business goals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• CPA or equivalent certification preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a financial management role
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and standards
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Proven track record of successfully managing and developing a team
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
