Responsibilities:

Provide training and support to educators on curriculum delivery and implementation.
Ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote the curriculum and attract potential clients.
Participate in conferences, workshops, and professional development opportunities to expand knowledge and skills.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum development in an academic setting.
Strong understanding of instructional design theories and techniques.
Proficient in curriculum mapping and developing learning objectives.
Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of educational technology and its application in curriculum design.
Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and course authoring tools.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
