Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and implementation of electronic products from concept to production, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget, and quality standards.
Manage a team of electronics engineers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure project objectives are met.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance to ensure seamless execution of projects.
Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential project roadblocks.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, identifying and addressing any issues that may arise.
Oversee the procurement of components and materials necessary for project completion, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
Conduct regular project reviews to evaluate progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the electronics industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex electronics projects from concept to production.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Familiarity with electronics design and manufacturing processes.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
PMP certification is a plus.
