Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the laundry service department, including managing schedules, assigning tasks, and ensuring timely delivery of laundry services
Communicate with clients to understand their laundry needs and preferences, and provide personalized solutions to meet their requirements
Maintain a clean and organized laundry facility, including monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
Train and supervise laundry service staff, ensuring that they adhere to company policies and procedures
Monitor and maintain laundry equipment, reporting any malfunctions or issues to management
Perform quality control checks on laundry items to ensure they meet company standards
Maintain accurate records and reports of laundry services, including client orders and inventory levels
Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to continuously improve laundry services and processes

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
Prior experience in a laundry service or hospitality industry role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and laundry management software
Ability to lift and carry heavy laundry items
Flexible schedule, including the ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
