We are seeking an experienced Data Solutions Manager to join our dynamic and growing team. As a Data Solutions Manager, you will play a crucial role in our organization by overseeing and managing the development, implementation, and maintenance of data solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, analysts, and developers, to ensure that our data solutions meet the needs of our business and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the development and implementation of data solutions, including data warehouses, data lakes, and data analytics platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and understand data needs and requirements.
• Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure the accuracy, security, and integrity of our data.
• Monitor and maintain data quality, troubleshoot any issues, and implement necessary solutions.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in data management and propose innovative data solutions to drive business growth.
• Manage and mentor a team of data professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the success of data initiatives.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for data solutions projects.
• Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and laws.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data management, data warehousing, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of data management principles, data architecture, and data governance.
• Proven experience in managing and leading data teams.
• Experience with SQL, database management, and data visualization tools.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations, such as GDPR and CCPA.
• Experience working in an Agile environment is preferred.
• Relevant certifications, such as Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) or Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer (CDPSE), is a plus.
