Position Title: Certified Nursing Assistant

Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. As a CNA, you will provide direct patient care and assist with daily living activities to ensure the comfort and well-being of our patients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Take and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
• Monitor and report any changes in patients' condition to the nursing staff
• Assist with patient mobility and transfers, including using assistive devices and proper body mechanics
• Help patients with medication reminders and ensure medications are taken as prescribed
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
• Record and maintain accurate patient information and medical records
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
• Follow all infection control protocols and safety standards
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans for each patient

Qualifications:

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a CNA is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
• Basic computer skills and experience with electronic medical records

Working Conditions: As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment. This position may require you to work weekends, evenings, and holidays to provide round-the-clock care for our patients. You may also be required to lift and move patients, stand for long periods, and perform physically demanding tasks.
