Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain the company's technological infrastructure including servers, networks, and systems
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise with the infrastructure, either independently or with the help of the IT team
Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for upgrades or enhancements to the infrastructure
Develop and implement strategies to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the infrastructure
Perform regular maintenance tasks such as backups, updates, and patches
Collaborate with other team members to support the implementation of new technology or systems
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the industry to ensure our infrastructure remains competitive and cutting-edge
Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure timely and effective resolution of any infrastructure-related issues
Create and maintain documentation for all infrastructure processes and procedures
Provide support and training to employees on using various systems and technologies
Ensure compliance with security protocols and standards to protect company data and information

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an infrastructure-related role
Strong understanding of network and server infrastructure
Proficient in Microsoft Server and Active Directory
Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
Familiarity with cloud computing and storage solutions
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Proven track record of managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Industry certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, or VCP are a plus
