Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Instructional Specialist to join our team. As an Instructional Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing instructional materials and programs for our organization. You will work closely with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective learning experiences for our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement instructional materials and programs in collaboration with subject matter experts and other stakeholders.
• Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning theory to create effective learning experiences.
• Design and develop training materials, including e-learning courses, videos, job aids, and instructor-led training materials.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify learning needs and gaps.
• Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency and alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in instructional design and adult learning.
• Provide guidance and support to trainers and facilitators to ensure effective delivery of training programs.
• Monitor and maintain the learning management system to ensure proper tracking and reporting of training activities.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design or a related field.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
• Proficient in e-learning development tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
• Experience with learning management systems and instructional technology.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of graphic design principles and visual design skills is a plus.
• Experience in a corporate training environment is preferred.
