Position Title: Leasing Specialist

Job Summary: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leasing Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Leasing Specialist, you will be responsible for all aspects of the leasing process, including marketing and advertising, tenant screening, lease negotiations, and ensuring tenant satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong sales and customer service skills, as well as a thorough understanding of the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential tenants
• Respond to inquiries and schedule property tours with interested parties
• Conduct thorough tenant screenings, including credit and background checks
• Negotiate lease terms and conditions with potential tenants
• Prepare lease agreements and ensure all necessary documents are completed accurately
• Facilitate move-in and move-out processes, including inspections and key exchanges
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date tenant records and lease agreements
• Address and resolve tenant complaints and concerns in a timely manner
• Collaborate with property management team to ensure property is well-maintained and all tenant needs are met
• Stay informed about market trends and competitors to make recommendations for rental pricing and promotions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in leasing, property management, or sales
• Strong knowledge of leasing and real estate laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding leasing targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
