Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate loan applications and determine creditworthiness of potential borrowers.
• Collect and analyze financial information to determine the best loan product for the borrower's needs.
• Review loan documents and ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies, procedures, and loan products.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, realtors, and other industry professionals.
• Work closely with underwriters to ensure all loan requirements are met.
• Keep abreast of market trends and changes in regulations and policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or questions from clients.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and goals.
• Prepare and submit loan applications to the appropriate agencies for approval.
• Ensure all loans are closed in a timely and efficient manner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the lending industry.
• Strong knowledge of loan underwriting and processing procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
