About the Role: We are seeking a talented Data Visualization Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Data Visualization Designer, you will be responsible for translating complex data into visually appealing and easy-to-understand graphics, charts, and diagrams. You will work closely with our data analysts and business stakeholders to create compelling visualizations that effectively communicate insights and trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with data analysts and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and objectives
• Design and develop interactive data visualizations using various tools and technologies such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
• Create visually appealing and user-friendly dashboards, charts, and infographics that effectively communicate complex data
• Conduct thorough data analysis to identify patterns and trends and translate them into meaningful insights
• Identify and implement best practices for data visualization and ensure consistency across all visualizations
• Continuously monitor and improve data visualizations to ensure accuracy and relevance
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data visualization techniques and tools
• Train and educate colleagues on data visualization best practices and tools

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Information Design, or a related field
• 5 years of experience in data visualization, data analysis, or a similar role
• Proficient in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
• Strong understanding of data analysis and visualization techniques
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Creative mindset with a strong eye for design and aesthetics
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Familiarity with programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R is a plus
