Overview: InfraTech is seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for the maintenance, management, and optimization of our company's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in server and network administration, as well as experience with virtualization and cloud technologies. Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems
• Monitor and troubleshoot server and network performance, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise
• Implement and manage virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-V
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for improving infrastructure reliability and performance
• Perform regular backups and disaster recovery planning to ensure business continuity
• Develop and maintain documentation for all infrastructure systems and processes
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, making recommendations for improvements and upgrades as necessary

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in server and network administration
• Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-V
• Experience with cloud technologies, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Industry certifications, such as MCSE, CCNA, or VCP, are a plus
