About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Public Relations & Communications Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for a self-motivated and creative individual who is passionate about building and maintaining a positive public image for our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public relations, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully executing PR campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a strategic PR plan to enhance the company's image and brand awareness
• Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry professionals
• Create and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials
• Manage all incoming media inquiries and coordinate interviews and appearances
• Monitor and analyze media coverage and provide reports to senior management
• Organize and oversee press conferences, events, and other PR activities
• Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding
• Develop and maintain crisis management protocols and handle any potential PR crises
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and proactively seek out opportunities for media coverage
• Manage the PR budget and track expenses
• Mentor and manage a team of PR professionals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in public relations, preferably in a managerial role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong media relations and networking abilities
• Proven track record of successful PR campaigns and crisis management
• Experience in organizing and executing events and press conferences
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Creative thinker with a strong attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and PR software/tools
• Strong leadership and team management skills
