Job Title: Social Impact Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Social Impact Manager to join our team. As a Social Impact Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategies to drive positive change and make a meaningful impact in our community. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create and execute initiatives that align with our company's core values and mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to advance the company's social impact initiatives in alignment with our mission and values.
• Conduct research and stay updated on social impact trends, best practices, and policies to ensure our programs are effective and impactful.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social impact initiatives into business operations.
• Manage relationships with external partners and stakeholders to build partnerships and drive social impact efforts.
• Create and manage budgets for social impact programs, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and effectively.
• Monitor and measure the impact of our social initiatives, tracking progress and reporting on results to key stakeholders.
• Develop and oversee employee volunteer programs, promoting a culture of giving back and community involvement.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for our company to participate in and support community events and initiatives.
• Act as a spokesperson for the company's social impact efforts, representing us at events, conferences, and media engagements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Nonprofit Management, Social Work, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in social impact, corporate social responsibility, or nonprofit management.
• Strong understanding of social impact principles, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan, organize, and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Experience in developing and managing budgets.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Passion for making a positive impact and creating change in the community.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with a high level of accountability and attention to detail.
