Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Process Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Data Process Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining data processing systems and solutions. Your role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to identify data processing needs, analyze data flow, and develop efficient and scalable solutions. You will also be responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting data processing issues and optimizing data processing algorithms to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and efficiency of our data processing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement data processing solutions to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data processing needs and develop strategies to optimize data flow.
• Analyze existing data processing systems and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain data processing algorithms to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and efficiency of our data processing systems.
• Monitor data processing systems and troubleshoot issues to ensure uninterrupted data flow.
• Optimize data processing systems for scalability, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for data processing systems and solutions.
• Train and mentor junior data engineers on data processing best practices and techniques.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data processing technologies and techniques.
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to develop data models and algorithms.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Data Process Engineer.
• Strong experience with data processing tools and technologies, such as Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, and Python.
• Proficient in SQL and experience with relational databases.
• Familiarity with data modeling, data architecture, and data warehousing principles.
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations.
• Experience with ETL tools, such as Informatica or Talend, is a plus.
