Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical services management role.
Proven track record of successfully managing technical projects and teams.
Strong understanding of technical services processes and best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
Extensive knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
Certification in project management is a plus.
