Job Title: Naval Architect

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Naval Architect to join our team. As a Naval Architect, you will be responsible for designing, constructing, and maintaining various marine structures and vessels. You will work closely with other engineers and designers to ensure that all projects are completed efficiently and accurately. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects in the marine industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop marine vessels, structures, and systems according to client specifications and industry standards
• Create detailed drawings and schematics using computer-aided design (CAD) software
• Conduct feasibility studies and analyze data to determine the most effective and efficient design solutions
• Collaborate with other engineers, designers, and project managers to ensure that all designs meet safety, functionality, and budget requirements
• Conduct stability and hydrodynamic analyses to ensure the structural integrity and performance of marine vessels and structures
• Oversee the construction and assembly process of marine projects, including materials selection and quality control
• Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure that all projects are built according to specifications and regulations
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams and clients throughout the design and construction process
• Stay updated on industry advancements and regulations to incorporate into design processes and ensure compliance
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure timely and successful project completion

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in naval architecture or marine engineering
• Strong knowledge of marine vessel and structure design principles, regulations, and industry trends
• Proficient in CAD software, such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and clients effectively
