About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Graveyard Operations Supervisor to join our team. As the Graveyard Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations during the night shift and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our company's operations at night.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise a team of graveyard shift employees, including assigning tasks, providing training, and conducting performance evaluations.
• Oversee the daily operations during the night shift, including monitoring productivity, quality, and safety standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the night shift operations.
• Ensure that all tasks are completed within the designated timelines and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all equipment and machinery are in good working condition and address any issues promptly.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure that all necessary supplies are available for the night shift operations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Maintain accurate records of all night shift operations, including production reports, inventory levels, and employee attendance.
• Identify and address any issues or concerns raised by employees and work towards finding a resolution.
• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and take necessary actions to prevent accidents or injuries.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices and implement them in the night shift operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a graveyard shift operations setting.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Willingness to work during the night shift and on weekends if necessary.
