Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Replication Expert to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in database management and a thorough understanding of data replication techniques. As a Data Replication Expert, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate replication of data across multiple systems, ensuring data integrity and availability for critical business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement data replication strategies, processes, and procedures to ensure timely and accurate data replication across systems.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data replication issues, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or errors that may occur.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and design appropriate data replication solutions to meet those needs.
• Conduct regular audits and performance evaluations to ensure data replication processes are operating efficiently and effectively.
• Document all data replication processes and procedures, creating detailed technical documentation for future reference.
• Conduct training and provide support to end-users on data replication processes and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data replication technologies, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance data replication capabilities.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data replication processes are aligned with overall data management and security policies.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in database management, data replication, or a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of database architecture, data modeling, and data replication techniques.
• Proficiency in SQL and other database query languages.
• Experience with data replication tools such as Oracle GoldenGate, IBM InfoSphere, or Microsoft SQL Server Replication.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex data replication issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and quality.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
