Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the education team to develop and implement education programs that align with our organization's mission and goals
Develop and maintain relationships with schools, community organizations, and other stakeholders to promote our education programs and increase participation
Coordinate and schedule education program events, including workshops, classes, and field trips
Create and distribute educational materials to support program activities
Monitor program budgets and track expenses, ensuring that programs are delivered within budget
Assist with recruiting, training, and managing volunteers to support education program activities
Evaluate program outcomes and make recommendations for improvement
Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on program activities and outcomes
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in education to continuously improve program offerings

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in education, social sciences, or a related field
2+ years of experience in program coordination, preferably in the education sector
Strong understanding of educational principles and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with attention to detail and deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with educational software and tools
Passion for education and making a positive impact in the community
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
