EnjoymentNetwork is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Marketing Director to join our growing team. As a Marketing Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all marketing initiatives and strategies for our company. You will work closely with the executive team to develop and execute marketing plans that drive business growth and increase brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve company objectives and goals
• Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful execution of marketing plans
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends, and make recommendations for new products or services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand positioning across all channels
• Manage and allocate marketing budget, and track and analyze ROI for all marketing campaigns
• Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including print and digital ads, social media content, and email campaigns
• Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and other strategic partners
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for improving marketing strategies and tactics
• Plan and execute events and trade shows to promote the company and its products or services
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and training to team members to foster their professional growth and development

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a marketing leadership role, preferably in a B2B environment
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, and social media advertising
• Experience managing a team and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
• Ability to think creatively and outside the box to develop innovative marketing solutions
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making
