Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Education Programs to join our team. As the Director of Education Programs, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our educational programs, from development to implementation, in order to ensure that our organization remains at the forefront of educational innovation and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for educational programs that align with the organization's mission, vision, and goals.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that educational programs are in line with the organization's overall objectives.
- Oversee the development and implementation of curriculum, instructional materials, and teaching methods to ensure high-quality and engaging educational experiences.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of educational programs to identify areas for improvement and make necessary changes.
- Manage a team of educational program coordinators and instructors, providing guidance, support, and mentorship as needed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including schools, community organizations, and industry partners, to promote and expand our educational programs.
- Stay informed about current trends, research, and best practices in education to continuously enhance our programs.
- Monitor and manage the budget for educational programs, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
- Represent the organization at conferences, workshops, and other events to promote our educational programs and build partnerships.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in educational program development and management.
- Strong understanding of current educational trends, research, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and developing a team.
- Budget management experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- Passion for promoting education and making a positive impact in the community.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
