Key Responsibilities:

Conduct research and analysis to determine the needs and requirements of our target audience and design curriculum accordingly
Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and review course content, ensuring accuracy and relevance
Create learning objectives, course outlines, and lesson plans for various subjects and educational levels
Utilize instructional design principles and best practices to develop engaging and interactive learning materials, including but not limited to presentations, videos, and assessment tools
Incorporate technology and multimedia resources to enhance the learning experience
Conduct quality assurance checks on all curriculum materials to ensure consistency and accuracy
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of curriculum materials and make necessary revisions to improve learning outcomes
Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in education and integrate them into curriculum design
Collaborate with the training and development team to facilitate the implementation of new curriculum materials
Train and support instructors on the effective use of curriculum materials and instructional strategies
Maintain accurate and organized records of curriculum development and updates

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in education, instructional design, or a related field
Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Curriculum Specialist or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, learning theories, and curriculum development processes
Familiarity with education technology and multimedia resources
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and research skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong project management and organizational skills
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
