Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Laundry Attendant to join our team. As a Laundry Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay by providing them with clean and fresh linens.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sort, wash, dry, and fold linens according to established procedures and standards
• Inspect linens for stains, tears, and damages and report any issues to the supervisor
• Operate commercial laundry equipment such as washers, dryers, and irons
• Maintain a clean and organized laundry area, including keeping track of inventory and supplies
• Follow safety and sanitation protocols to ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of linens
• Handle guests' personal laundry requests in a timely and accurate manner
• Assist with the delivery and distribution of linens to designated areas
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of laundry tasks
• Report any maintenance or equipment issues to the supervisor
• Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Knowledge of laundry procedures and equipment
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on cleanliness and hygiene
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy loads
