Key Responsibilities:

Utilize your expertise in textile design to develop original concepts and designs for a variety of products, including but not limited to apparel, home goods, and accessories.
Conduct market research to stay updated on current trends, materials, and techniques in the textile industry.
Collaborate with the design team to create mood boards, color palettes, and concept sketches for new collections.
Use digital design software to create detailed and accurate technical drawings of your designs.
Work closely with our production team to select appropriate materials and techniques for each design and ensure feasibility for mass production.
Communicate with suppliers and manufacturers to source materials and oversee the production process, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
Regularly present design concepts and progress updates to the team and make necessary revisions based on feedback.
Stay organized and maintain accurate records of all designs, materials, and production details.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in textile design, ideally in the fashion or home goods industry.
Strong artistic and creative abilities with a keen eye for color, pattern, and texture.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Excellent knowledge of textiles, materials, and production techniques.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas visually.
Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
