Job Title: Fundraising Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fundraising Manager to join our team. As a Fundraising Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to secure funding for our organization. You will work closely with the leadership team to identify funding opportunities, build relationships with donors, and manage all aspects of fundraising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fundraising, excellent communication skills, and a passion for our cause.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet the organization's financial goals
• Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors, including individuals, corporations, and foundations
• Manage all aspects of fundraising campaigns, including planning, execution, and evaluation
• Oversee grant writing and research opportunities for funding
• Collaborate with the leadership team to create compelling fundraising materials and campaigns
• Organize and manage fundraising events, both virtual and in-person
• Monitor and report on fundraising progress, providing regular updates to the leadership team
• Build and maintain a strong network of donors and supporters
• Maintain accurate donor records and ensure timely acknowledgement of donations
• Stay up-to-date with fundraising trends and techniques to continually improve our fundraising efforts
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure fundraising efforts align with the organization's overall goals and mission

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fundraising, preferably in a nonprofit organization
• Proven track record of success in securing funding from various sources
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with donors and stakeholders
• Proficient in fundraising software and tools
• Passion for our cause and a strong understanding of nonprofit operations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work occasional nights and weekends for events or meetings
