Position Title: Data Warehousing Architect

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Data Warehousing Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Data Warehousing Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing efficient and scalable data warehouse solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, identify data sources, and develop data models to support reporting and analytics needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management, data integration, and data architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop data warehouse solutions to support business reporting and analytics needs
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand data requirements
• Identify and evaluate data sources, both internal and external, to ensure accurate and timely data delivery
• Develop data models and data mapping documentation to support data integration efforts
• Design and implement data extraction, transformation, and loading processes to ensure data quality and consistency
• Develop and maintain data warehouse standards, policies, and procedures
• Monitor and troubleshoot data warehouse performance and resolve any issues that arise
• Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to data warehouse architecture, processes, and tools
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data warehousing and data management
• Lead and mentor junior team members in data warehousing and data architecture principles

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data warehousing and data architecture
• Proficient in SQL and ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, or SSIS
• Strong understanding of data modeling techniques and data warehouse design principles
• Experience with data warehouse platforms such as Snowflake, Redshift, or Teradata
• Familiarity with data governance and data quality concepts
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience in healthcare, finance, or retail industries is a plus
