Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop efficient and scalable MongoDB databases for our applications.
Collaborate with software developers to integrate MongoDB into our systems.
Optimize MongoDB database performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
Develop and maintain data models, schemas, and indexes to ensure data integrity and performance.
Create and maintain MongoDB backup and recovery processes.
Monitor database performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
Stay updated on the latest MongoDB releases and features, and implement them as needed.
Write efficient and well-documented code in accordance with industry best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions.
Perform database migrations, upgrades, and data conversions as required.
Identify and implement database security measures to protect sensitive data.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Proven work experience as a MongoDB Developer or similar role.
Strong understanding of MongoDB database design and development.
Hands-on experience with MongoDB tools and utilities.
Experience with database performance tuning and optimization.
Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Java, Python, or C++.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
MongoDB certification is a plus.
